Studio Chia Ying Lee operates at the intersection of computational logic and sensory poetry, translating complex concepts into refined physical experiences. Our practice spans two directions: Industrial Design, collaborating with global heritage brands on innovative mass production, and Interactive Installations, partnering with cultural institutions on site-specific, tactile interventions. The studio also produces limited-run works for select galleries in Europe and Taiwan.


The Founder

Based in Taipei and occasionally in Milan, Chia Ying Lee is an industrial and new media designer. A graduate of Interaction Design Institute Ivrea (2006) and a former designer at PEGA, she established her independent practice in 2012. Her work has been widely recognised through international exhibitions and media features.
