Half-Rose Teleidoscope

A playful equilibrium between vision and reality, this commission for La Vie magazine features a teleidoscope that adopts the metaphor of ‘rose-colored glasses’, but rendered in half to reflect the constant wandering between idealistic imagination and the physical world during the creative journey. Composed of six cylindrical magnets, the structure invites the individual to redefine its form, allowing the trophy to be rearranged into various configurations or used separately as functional magnets and an optical desk toy in daily life. By transforming a traditional accolade into a tactile, interactive instrument, the work serves as a manifestation that creativity is not a finished state, but a continuous cycle of assembly, observation, and recalibration.
